The Code of Ethics discusses the moral rights and duties, and sets out the terms of the ethical and social responsibility of each member of the business organization in the running of business activities, and applies to all ICAS’ collaborators, partners, employees and all parties concerned.
The Code of Ethics is an effective means to prevent illicit or irresponsible behavior on the part of those who work in the name and on behalf of the company, because it introduces a clear and explicit definition of the ethical and social responsibilities to all those involved, directly or indirectly, in the company’s business (customers, suppliers, partners, citizens, employees, collaborators and anyone else who may be interested in the company’s activity).
